Default Cargo volume 2019 Discovery vs 2021?

I've downloaded the Land Rover sales brochures for each the 2019 and 2021 Discovery and find a pretty big difference in the claimed cargo capacity (behind the front seats, with both other rows folded down). The 2019 version claims 83.7 cu ft, while the 2021 version claims 74.3 cu ft. Does anyone know if there is an actual difference in this volume, and if so, what is the source of this change? Or do you think they simply are measuring it differently? This seems like a pretty big difference. The length (77) and width (55) are the same, but the heights are different (34 vs 36). Did something change, or are they measuring height at a different location?
Thanks for your thoughts.

I have. 2022 and a 2020 loaner and a 2019 in the shop. No obvious difference that I can see
