Default Cyclic Noise while Stopping

Hey all,
This is a tough one for me to diagnose. There is a cyclic clicking and whooshing noise that happens under braking. The sound level of the noise is directly connected to the rate of deceleration, but not directly connected to the amount of pressure applied. The noise also only happens above around 20 mph or so. I can stop the car just fine under normal braking and the noise does not happen. If I push a touch harder on the brake, I can get the noise to quietly creep in, and then I can get it to go away by easing up on the brake.

I have also noticed it happening when giving normal to slightly more than normal acceleration around a turn. Usually louder when making a right turn than left. I have occasionally noticed it under really hard straight line acceleration.

I can hear the noise inside for sure, and with the windows down it seems to be audible on the outside of the car as well. I can also hear the noise in both the front and the back inside the car.

I know it's not the brakes. I have visually inspected them and the noise doesn't happen under all braking conditions. I am thinking that it is somehow related to some sort of tilt / leveling control with the air suspension. I think this because of the conditions described above. It feels to me like it's some sort of air bleed valve dumping pressure to keep the car from diving too much under braking. Same for when accelerating around a corner, thinking it's trying to keep the car from leaning too hard.

I'm struggling. Any thoughts?

Edit: Forgot to add this. I have tried offroad height in the same scenarios and it does not impact how the noise happens (it's the same). I think I tried access height, but couldn't get it to happen though I don't think it's because of the height and more related to not being able to drive at a speed fast enough to trigger the noise while in access height.

Have you run a scan for codes? It could be related to ABS.
Does the frequency of the clicking change with speed during braking?

I have not scanned for codes, no. I can swing by the parts store and have them run that for me. Good idea.

I don't think the frequency is related to the speed of the wheels, but not 100% on that. I will have to pay attention to that and do another test.
