Disco 5 roll over risk/winter tires/diesel question newbie

Disco 5 roll over risk/winter tires/diesel question newbie
4 part question from Canada. I am currently looking at a 2018 disco5 hse td6 purchase. Love the car and the dealer said make an offer. $84000 Canadian sticker price. I apologize if this is covered in previous threads.
1. My wife and child are worried because the visor states roll over risk. I have scoured the internet to determine the roll over risk of disco5s. Any advice/info/input would be appreciated regarding rol over safety.
2. Winter tires! Yes/No. 20” on vehicle. Cost? Recommendations?
3. Diesel? This would be a first for me. Is the quick use and refill of DEF still an issue and gas injection into oil requiring earlier oil changes an issue?
4. If the electrical control goes out that lowers seats seat in the rear can you manually tilt/move the seats to get in the 3rd row?
sorry that is a lot, but we are close to pulling the trigger and make an offer! Need all your expertise/advice.

1) roll over risk is just a liability thing. Same for any suv. I've never heard of any issues with the Disco 5
2) winter tires. The 4wd system is excellent. Has a snow mode if you really need. We drive ours all winter with all seasons in MA and NH in plenty of snow / ice / cold and no problems. Did the same with the previous LR4 for 6 years too. So we have never felt the need. I have them on another car but it's rear wheel drive...
4) no - electric seats don't have a mechanical release catch to my knowledge. If electrics fail you would need to fix it. I wondered about that as we use them all the time. But they are v convenient so we decided to go with it

The D5 is one of the most stable SUV's I have ever driven. It has the low-pro 22" now and takes off-ramps without whimpering. I would not worry about rollovers - just use common sense when driving,
I am torn on winter tires. I have a set of RR wheels (20") to put tires on but have not yet done so. After much research, if I do, it will be the Nokian Hakkapelitta R3 SUV and are about $200US per tire. Unstoppable tire.

1. Same risk as any other truck in the same class. I've found it to be very stable, I wouldn't worry.
2. I don't know, I don't have snow
3. Yes on Diesel, terrific mileage. Filling the Def is as easy as filling the windshield washer fluid.
4. The middle center seat has a manual release that will fold it down and give access to the 3rd row in a pinch.

2. I'm currently investigating the winter tire, although it more because I've been going off road and the 20" standard ones slip a lot in the mud. Probably drop down to a 19" with more aggressive tread, something like Trail Blaze XT, I've heard they are good. But for snow, you can make do with the summer ones.
3. Diesel is what I have and I love it. As you know we pay more for fuel up north of the border. I also tow a utility trailer with a motorcycle on it or filled with brush from the garden. It is quiet and still pretty quick. DEF is not an issue, I buy it from Canadian Tire for $20 and that generally lasts 4-6 months.
4. I was wondering about the same thing, but won't worry too much for now since it is under warranty. So many electrical motors, I prefer the EU model where it is a catch and a push of the hand.
