Front parking sensor beeping

I got into a minor fender bender this morning (🤦♂️) as I was making a rolling start out of a busy parking lot in heavy rain. Tapped a Jetta that had stopped short in front of me.
got away with almost no visible damage, but now the front parking sensors are going off with nothing nearby. I’m guessing they were rattled at impact. I’ve disabled front parking sensors for the time being but would like to get it sorted.
anyone have experience with this? Is a visit to the dealership / service center necessary? Thanks!

I have a 2016 with factory installed front sensors. They're active when the car is running at low speed (forward and reverse) and when stopped (if pedestrians walk close to the front of the car when you're waiting at lights they'll go off). No beeps when you start the car unless it already happens to be close enough to something to set them off, they Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox all default to on.
