Front and rear differentials and transer case DISCOVERY 5

Default Front and rear differentials and transer case DISCOVERY 5

Hi guys, my turn to change oil on my discovery 5 2019 hse
i have a 2-Speed Transfer Case and an Open Rear Non Locking Differential on my vehicle
so i want to buy

2 litrs of RAVENOL Gear Oil VSG 75W-90 GL-4 GL-5 1Land 2 litrs of
RAVENOL Transfer Case Fluid TF-0870 / DTF-1 1L +$35.9!
I absolutely can’t understand about fill/drain plugs
is it same both differentials?

Like 2 of these TYB500110G

and what about transfer case, do i need to change fill and drain plugs too? I found i can change Fischer Plath 18X22X15CU cooper washers. I found this on amazon

could you help guys please, i just scary to leave my car at service and they will not have all parts to make that

If you can just replace a washer the old plug should be fine. In my opinion only. When I did my front and rear differentials and transfer case I just reused my plugs (fill and drain) and didn’t even replace my washers. 20k miles ago and they are all perfectly dry. No seepage. No discoloration. No dampness. Again- that’s my experience with it.
Oh yeah. I have also done it the same way on my X drive BMW and my other rear wheel drive BMW.
Just always loosen the fill plug before the drain plug so you know you will be able to refill it.

Three Land Rovers over 20 years and ditto. To be honest I replaced nothing.

Grab a magnetic drain plug for your transfer case. $25 and some change, I run this one - very well made & strong magnet.
