First of all a big thank you to @1979rover for all the good info.
While looking and researching this, I have found another vinyl logo maker, in the same city that @1979rover suggested.

Note: I am not endorsing nor promoting them, or get compensation from them, in any way. However, after talking to the lead designer they told me that the sign can be made to custom request, either on matt finish, glossy or any other color we want. More so, they are ready to create a longer one (over the entire hood ) or at the custom size the client requires.
Now, they are not cheap, in fact they are significantly higher than internet prices, but they do include installation, and life time warranty to the vinyl and paint. To me that is a pretty good thing.
Anyways, if y'all willing to wait a bit longer, till I get mine installed, I will send pictures and share my experience - I am planning to go there and see how they install it ( maybe add pix too ?)
This may be almost a month away though, because right now, my brand new D5 is in the service awaiting a transfer case from UK ( the factory forgot to put oil into the transfer case !!! ).

I finally got my '22 Disco 5 decal today.




I love it !
The shop / designer had to create this as new, as the hood of the Disco 5 differs significantly from the previous years, and there was no ready made decal out there, nor was a template. It required a total re-design (e.g. angles, curves, dimensions )
I do strongly recommend to have it installed by a professional.
While this was installed, I was watching the "show" , and is not for the faint of heart. If you haven't done this before, trust me, let a professional do it.
If you are in DFW area I definitely recommend the store - place who did it for me.
My wife likes it, and that is not a small thing.
Anyways, there it is !

 

To be Honest that looks absolutely Stunning I wish I was in the states and I would get it done by the same person hope I can find someone in Canada who can do that

Here is my 2 cents... (or what I would do if I was you): get the decal from the company that did mine. They put in a LOT effort into the final product, measurements, and testing, till they got it perfect. Once you get it, then find some one in Canada who would install it for you. Material used is top quality: 3M.

While talking to the designer, they told me that it can be made in different colors and either flat finish, or glossy. The initial one I have ordered was on glossy, but after seeing it "live" I decided to go with flat finish. I guess is a personal preference after all. But, yes.... they can have it in any color really and finish.
