Default Induction cleaning via S/C temp sensor port?

Has anyone ever sprayed intake valve cleaner thru the temp sensor port on the supercharger lid?

I have a bottle of the STP intake valve cleaner meant for GDI engines that's designed to be piggybacked into the intake tubing pre-throttle body, but I don't want the cleaner going thru the supercharger rotors/bearings. The only port that's post rotor is where the temp sensor is.. I was thinking on removing it, fashioning some sort of rubber plug and spraying thru that. Cleaner would be flowing thru the intercoolers to the intake valves.. Anyone done this before?

Temp sensor circled in red.
