I have a 2018 HSEHSE t I had purchased 3 weeks ago. I brought the vehicle back for them to do the 18c/Apple Car Play/Android Auto upgrade and the dealer bricked the infotainment system.

They ended up replacing the guage cluster and infotainment system and battery.

​​​​​​I only had the car 4 or 5 days before this happened, and I can't remember if my screen was glass-like and glossy, or matte. It's matte now, but I could have sworn it was glossy before I brought it in. Can anyone confirm that my screen is supposed to be matte or glossy on the 2018 year model?
