Lemon title sold as Certified?
This is probably a terrible idea but I've found a gorgeous 2017 Disco 5 HSE Lux, optioned to the gills, with 39k miles for just $23,000. The listing says: "Years ago this was bought back by the manufacturer and a lemon title issued. Whatever issue it was was rectified prior to it being sold certified pre-owned by a Land Rover dealership. This is an incredible car that is no to be missed!"
The listing provides a free carfax if anyone wants to check it out and give me an opinion. Seems like it's been all dealer-serviced...
Still dealing with PTSD from a Disco II, but I'm a masochist so here we are. Has anyone ever bought a Land Rover, certified from a LR dealer, with a lemon brand? Would they fix the persistent issues and other collateral damage? Is this an offer straight from the devil? Am I gonna get hurt? This feels like a trap.

Was it? I thought that just meant that every time a dealer gets it they have to note the Lemon title, that's why it shows up like 4 times. I think it was only actually bought-back once.
owner 2 lemon
now almost new owner is fixing to be lemon 3
stay away!
