Please make sure you have the exact diagram you need for evaluating caliper swap, etc. as that's not why I posted it.
I use this link below to look up parts diagrams. Whether an entire new knuckle is necessary, that I am not certain of. You would think you could just swap the rotor and that the caliper would relatively easily bolt on in a similar fashion, but if where it bolts on at the knuckle was indeed different, than yeah I probably wouldn't be interested in going that far. The pisser here is that the Brembo calipers and larger rotors was overall less expensive than the diesel front brakes!

Can you take a picture of the calipers?

I have the gas and the calipers look very similar to the ones I have seen on RRS (not the V8 Supercharged ones though).
