Default Off Road Tire Advice

Hi All,
I have a 2017 Discovery V with 21" rims, currently have Pirelli 275/45 stock tires. It has air suspension, and curious if anyone has put any wider off road tires with that same rim?

You can play around with tire sizes at Tire Size Calculator and select comparison.
My D5 came with the 275/45R21 and I found the ride to be harsh. I sold those and got 255/55R20 with more sidewall to soak up the bumps. I had to change the spare as well because my new tires are a little taller and the spare must match in height. I also included a pic of the sticker on my D5 that shows the various tire sizes that I assume came standard on some of these cars. I got Michelin Defenders M+S and I inflate them to "light load" on the TPS. The ride is much improved, and while they are not mud tires, they are quiet.
