Default !!Problem replacing a Transmission control valve!!
HI need some advise, I have a discovery 5 2017 HSE, we replace the transmission control valve (6058008211) with a second hand valve but my mechanic cant reprogram to recognize the part, its not letting them reprogram the part and my only option by my mechanic is to buy a new one.. any idea or suggestions on how to make it work, really appreciate any help. thanks

What scan tool is he using? Where are you located? USA?

Hi, I'm located in Costa Rica and the second hand part I purchase was from USA, the pictures are in Spanish, but that is what they are using

Chances are, you will need to use another scan tool. I am not certain of that, though. let us know the result.
