Rear screen entertainment via fire stick
Hi, newbie here.
I’ve just taken delivery of a disco 5 hse luxury and loving diving every minute of it.
I have purchased an Amazon fire stick for my two children so they can enjoy the drive as much as me.
My question is regarding the hdmi connections, one in the front and two in the back.
I can’t seem to get the rear screens to play from the hdmi source when the fire stick is plugged into the hdmi port in the front, only when it’s plugged in to a rear port.
However when plugged in to the front port it plays in the front when stopped.
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Hopefully someone can help as I’m concerned that one of the kids will knock and damage the inputs in the back if I have to keep it plugged in there.
Thanks.

Hey hey
Yea that’s correct, you can only specify the two HDMI ports at the back to the two back screens. What I used to do(my boys at both 2), buy yourself an HDMI splitter. Send the ONE HDMI output to the back HDMI port then the second HDMI to the front HDMI. Then it means you can put Netflix or Amazon on the screens then send the audio through the car stereo. My boys refused to keep the headphones on so this was the only way I could keep them from driving us nuts on a long journey.
but the short answer is yes, only the front for the front and the back for the back.
