There is a couple recalls available as I found out today
HAS 2 RECALLS AVAIL. SOTA AND N337 EVAP LEAK MONITOR
Software Over The Air ...........will allow telematics updates without going to the dealers.

I don't think they're "recalls", per se. At least the SOTA one. It's a campaign to be performed when a vehicle is in for service.

You’re right, they are service bulletins for work to be performed the next time the vehicle is in.
