I did an oil change and it only reset the service to 2500 miles, exactly 2500. Now I’m restricted. What else can I do?

 

My dealer reset mine when it was new. They had it for 12,500 and they put it at 16,000. So it can be done.

 

So apparently there’s a software issue with mine that won’t let it get reset. On a side not I figured it out that it was low on def as well but didn’t state anything. So the oil is showing 0 miles but the def was reset and it’s not restricted anymore. The software is a known issue and requires an instrument panel software update that takes all day so I’ll probably take it in next week
