Has anyone had issues in the US? I've been waiting for the update, but my dealer is saying I need to take the car in. What's the point of OTA?

 

The updates are staggered. Before you go to the dealer, try this: put the car on a local / good WiFi network (home, etc.). Try to double lock it - should hear a beep. Leve it overnight. May take (sometimes) up to a week.
If it does not update, then try the dealer. Good luck.

This includes a few things I'm excited about!
- Turn by turn voice guidance will now work in Apple CarPlay Maps
- Video can now be played on both rear screens at the same time
- Improved stability on start up

 

Interesting... My last update was May 5, 2021 to S20C1. Nothing since for me here in the USA. kj

 

@bkjecu94 - I believe you need to ask your LR Dealer to enable OTA updates. I had the guys on Capital do it, but it took a while. The first engineer I spoke to didn't know anything about it.

Not any new features that I can think of, but definitely improvements in the CPU usage. It boots faster, is less glitchy with things like cameras and tends to work better with Apple Carplay. Worth the update.

 

My S21B update just become available today. I'm in North Carolina.

 

Ditto. So far seems much faster, and finally CarPlay is fixed.

 

My update came last night... Faster and I noticed some of the icons changed.
