Well today just got bad
Sorry to hear about it. Have been going through the pain myself. I was shocked at first but I am feeling that this would be a recall as as messages like these keep rolling in. I surely want LandRover to compensate the owners in some way for this. Any senior members have experience of similar kind where land rover took some action on a systemic problem with the vehicle?
I had my vehicle out of service for two months + with a back seat issue. The replacement part was on back order and it took forever.
The dealer gave me a loaner of a Disco for the duration. They also petitioned to have two months of my lease payment refunded (which I got).
Honestly, I think this is a case by case basis. LR corporate isn't going to do anything on their own. Having the dealer go to bat for you to do the right thing is very helpful.
I hope they do something for you.

I'm not convinced its a case-by-case. This will be my third windshield that is getting installed. The chances of the original and the replacement leaking on an 18 month old vehicle points to either a defect with the parts or the install procedure. Couple that with a number of other vehicles I have owned for 10+ years on the original windshield with no leaks.
Sorry for the nonsense. Forgot what year is yours and do you know when it was built? Just a data point junkie.
I posted elsewhere that one of several reasons ours sat "line down" for 2 months Dec 18 - Jan 19 was to get this windshield issue fixed along with a couple other less serious issues. Still wondering if that was actually true or just Sales BS?
Still leak free here. Although we have had our 2nd incident of TPMS malfunction where air pressure is actually lost. Different location this time but I think it is the same wheel from tire rotation. We get a sudden drastic temperature change, 50s down to 20s this time, and we get a TPMS fault but the tire is actually down 10psi or more. Weird . . . No punctures. Just going to have them swap it on the next service trip.
Good luck with the glass . . .
