Whistle/Wind Sound and Water Leaking In Filling Up Cup Holders

Help, PLEASE!! New to Land Rover. We bought a 2018 Discovery HSE6 2 months ago with 43,000 miles. Last week it started having a loud whistling/wind sound coming in from what seemed to be around the front AC vents. Sound started out of no where. It was fine the night before and the next morning it was whistling Dixie at 90 decibels. Sound would not go away by shutting off climate control. It was ear piercing. After driving and assessing for several days it appeared to be directly related to the speed of vehicle. If speed is below 60 mph the noise is absent. Once you get to 60 and above it is LOUD. But here is the kicker. Water didn't start leaking in until after the noise started. Vehicle went through automatic car wash and water poured in around front interior light housing and filled up cup holders while in the car wash. It also soaked the right side of headliner to front passenger post and down into floorboard. It had been through car wash previously with no issues. It has been through rain storms with no issues of leaking. I have tried to find the sunroof drain holes and can't find a video for the 2018 showing where they are? Can someone PLEASE share photo or video of their location?
Does this sound like sunroof issues or heated windshield issues? The heated windshield and defrost were on the morning the whistling noise started. Both had been used a couple of days prior to the noise starting and there were no issues. Long story short.....noise started, vehicle started leaking. Not sure if it is sunroof or windshield? We had heavy downpour today and water poured in again around light housing and down passenger post. I'm pretty handy with taking things apart and fixing them but don't want to start pulling things apart until I have a more concrete idea of what it may be? If it is windshield, I will take it to the dealer. If it is sunroof drains, I will attempt to fix myself before throwing in the towel and taking to dealership but I haven't been able to find a photo or video showing the drain location on Disco 2018.

It's probably the windshield leaking - a known issue. Dealer will remove and replace the windshield with a new one (they don't just reinstall your old one).
To confirm it's the windshield you can test it by applying soapy water around the perimeter and applying compressed air from the inside.
But if it were mine, the first thing I'd do is apply painter's tape around the outside perimeter of the windshield to prevent further water entry.
The reason to use painter's tape is it's adhesive won't damage your paint. That said, you should still remove that tape and clean any residue every week or two.
Don't use duct tape. There's lots of discussion about this on this forum if you search for it.
On the good side, once you get the windshield replaced you should be good after that.

Sounds definitely like the windshield leaking due to improper factory installation, a problem from 2017 to now despite moving Discovery production to a new factory. Faulty technique or adhesive or a bad design?
The JLR dealer (or specialist windshield installers) will have a replacement windshield standing by in case yours breaks, usually they don’t. Good luck.
