1989 rangie
I own a 1989 Rangie and have had it for 4 years. When I first bought it the suspension was raised 2 inches front and rear. It oversteared suddenly at speed on sweeping corners. I had it checked by a wheel aligner and he said it was because the castor was zero instead of 3 degrees. I lowered it with standard springs and the wheel alignment settings are now correct. It still has a vey slight wobble at speed. I have had it checked by two landrover/rangie specialists and they cant find anything worn or bent. Any one have this problem? Any suggestions?

RE: 1989 rangie
I have a 1991 Classic that had the same issue when I first bought it-- as yours. They get "tail happy" and will develop dangerous oversteer in corners when the suspension bushings are shot. I replaced ALL the bushings on radius arms, trailing arms, panhard rod, sway bars, etc.
Handles much better now.
