My Discovery raves really high 2.5-3.0 RPM ,so I took it to my mechanic which he checked every single thing that could cause this problem ( vac. Leak,idler motor...etc). Then he said it's the computer. I bought a used one from the junk yard , plugged it in , then the truck won't start now . So I removed the new one and put back my old one. But guess what .?. Now my beautiful Discovery won't start with the original computer . Am I doing something wrong ??
I disconnected the battery to reset the system but still nothing. Any help pleaseeeeeeee
