I really need help with the door panels. Do I really need to put that plastic moisture protector back on? And can someone give me a little help on the window regulator?

Yes--you should try to re-fit the plastic sheeting. What kind of help are you asking for related to the window regulator?. They are pretty straightforward to replace.
