Hi everyone I'm looking at an 95 Disco

I'm in NYC and this Disco is basically on the other side of this country.

Has 140k miles and they sent me photos of the vehicle.
It's no their car and he said he's selling it from a buddy who passed away.

Any specific questions I should ask?
Car looks in decent shape and would absolutely appreciate any and all help in this quest.

pictures show what they want you to see, Main things I would look at are frame (especially in the back section) front axle swivel *****,back seat door frames (at the rear corners) and if the wiring has been hacked up. everything can be fixed if you get the right price.You planning on flying out and driving back? enjoy it anyhow!!

 

Where exactly is it located?

I'm hoping it's all good, but those stories of selling for a friend are always a little strange. Just be sure to be diligent in asking questions. Request a carfax?
