Default 97 disco suspension

Just went out for the first time since buying the car into the vic high country and had a few problems with the rear suspension, very soft when the going got rough. I'm looking at getting new ciols and maybe lifted. Any sugestions.

Old man emu springs, 2-3" lift depending on which ones you choose. They are about 80 bucks a piece. if you have custom bumpers or a winch you can order to compesate for that. here is a link to EE that has a great chart and part #'s of the springs you are looking for. If you go to 2-3" lift you can get by without new extebded shocks but your best bet is to get shocks soon.

there are other ways to stiffen the "***" strap the air springs if in decent shape and add shocks changing the trucks build often reduces value and cuases other trouble. Air spring setups are a nice feature DONT MESS WITH MOTHER NATURE ))
