MY DAUGHTERS 97 DISCOVERY STALLS NEW FUEL PUMP GAS TANK AND FILTER CLEANED THROTTLE BODY WILL NOT IDLE

 

If you are sure it is a fuel problem, I would suggest you check and clean the stepper motor, idle contro.
Does it have a check engine light on? Have you checked for a vaccum leak, especially at the PCV hose coming off the pass side valve cover?
