Default air suspension inop

I have a 2006 Range Rover HST that has a "air suspension inactive" readout. Sometimes it will be at the normal ride height and at other times it will drop like it's a low rider while you're driving. I've used the Hawkeye diagnostic reader and it's telling me that there is a "sporatic short".
When I come to parking it, if it's up, I can hear the air leaking out of the suspension at the l/f shock area. The suspension up/down **** used to light up in the selected direction when turning the **** but no longer. So frustrating. Can anyone help me?
