Good Day from Southern Ontario Canada. I have just acquired a low km '04 Disco II, lifted, aftermarket 5 spd trans, with a number of custom fab'd accessories built by the PO. The truck has been set up for overland/off road use and is in beautiful condition for the year with low mileage overall. I am happy to welcome this rig into my garage and look forward to putting on the miles. My work requires me to get into remote communities in the expansive north of Canada and I am excited to get this old girl into her element. The first 1000kms were great. But after that...let the headaches begin. Very intermittent 3 amigos and now mis-fire codes causing mayhem.

Let the games begin. Gonna be relying on this amazing network to help give this girl the life she deserves.

 

Welcome here. There are a number of us Canuck’s on this forum. For your technical questions (and just about everything relating to your D2), go to the Disco 2 section of this forum. Most of us will recommend that you do the “Option B” mod to get rid of your 3 Amigos. Do a search on this forum for it.
