I currently own a '08 Touareg VR6 and I am looking at two LR3's. One of the LR3's is a '07 (51k mi) $26k and '08 (60k mi) $26k in really good condition with NAV and with many other options. My Treg was recently dragged out of my garage because there was an electrical issue and luckily repaired with no cost under the CPO warranty. However the CPO bumper-to-bumper is almost over and I'm not sure if I want to keep it. The extended warranty is the same price of putting down a $3k down payment on a LR3 with a V8 and air, which I would really prefer for our off/on road excursions. What are some good reasons for trading in the Treg for the LR and what are some things to watch out for? Thanks guys and gals.
