Hello everyone. I have a 2006 land rover lr3 with the 4.0 v6. Did a timing chain replacement. Mechanical it was done right. Ok here is my problem, it will crank over by the key but will not start. But i can go under the hood and pull the plug for the solenoid wire and jump it from there and it will start. I can even drive it but for one it is stuck in high gear it will not shift it has a warning on the display center with something like gears not available with a T fault. But for some reason when i drive it it will not go over 50 mph. And in park it wont rev over 3,000 rpms has any body have had anything like this. When it runs it idles great run it up to about 2500 rpms it sound and runs great. Just will not start by the key. And i have the check engine light is on. I tried the hard reset and it still stays on any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. And oh the tach needle does not move while it is running till you rev it up then it will show the rpms.
