Crossed over from a Jeep Wrangler
Hello everyone!
I hope this site is as friendly as the JK-forum site I am a member of? Since I no longer own the Jeep and recently bought an used 99 Disco 2, I figured I'd join this forum and hopefully get to meet some cool people and learn about this pretty cool truck I bought. It has 78K miles on it, was a non smoker, has some problems that need fixed, but I only picked it up for $4900. Anyway, my name is Eric, I live in Erie, PA in the snow belt, LoL. I am 35 and employed with the government persay. I served 14 years on active duty with the US. Army. Last held the rank of SFC/E-7. Three stripes up and 2 underneath. I ended up getting medically discharged in 2005 due to an injury I sustained to my lower spine. Now I have a titanium rod and 3 screws holding me together. Anyways, I love to tinker on my own machines, and right now I am stuck on trying to wire a relay system to turn on a set of aftermarket lights by utilizing the fog light switch on the dash meant for driving lights. The switch has the fog light emblem but has x2 on it also. So thats all there is to know about me. Hope to learn and hope to socialize. Take it easy!!
