OK I am not really new but I have not been on here in over a year. I am stationed in Afghanistan a long way from home in Florida. I run a lot of missions all over the country and get to see a lot of Defenders and it makes me miss my LR3 an makes me want a defender even more now.

I am not able to access much on this site right now until I write my five post so just thought I would start with this one.

Well over here I bought a few things for my LR3 a snorkel, roof rack and tail light guards an a few other small things (thank god for e-bay) it should look like a small part store in my garage until I get home and install everything.

I was thinking of talking my wife into letting buy a ARB bumper does anyone have one on there LR3 and if so is it worth the money? I have around 175000 miles on my Land Rover so I will have to do some convincing to the wife.

If anyone knows a good place to get a dashboard crack fixed in the Orlando area that would be great. The wife told me I have a small crack in the middle of my dash now.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your service. I spent a little over a year in the sandbox. I'm 2 days away from retirement after 25 great years of service. Not sure what I am going to do after spending my entire adult life in the military, going to have to learn to shut off and become a member of society. Be safe and come home. Stg

That's awesome congrats and thank you for your service as well. I am on my third trip across the big lake. I am in the Army reserves and only have 5 years left to hit my 20. I am looking forward to coming home this deployment is a lot different then my other two.

I seen a picture of my daughter the other day learning to drive in my LR and I wish I could have been there mostly to make sure she does not kill my LR before I get home lol. Well thanks for the post an enjoy retirement.
