disco II 01" electrical??? door locks and rear windows ,can't get out of park??

2001 discoII ..I now more often than not can't get out of park...brake lights work but rear windows and door locks, wipers do not work...mostly when cold or has cooled down. When I have it warmed up---might take 20 mins. (Wis.) after turning off and on lots of times ...I can get it out of park and go...if I put pack it park...it all starts over??? any Ideas?? Patrick
