I bought my 97' disco from my mothers neighbor for $1. 110k on the odometer. No serious porblems. (left rear window doesn't work, the paint was dull and the tail gate rattles)
Best dollar I ever spent. I drove it across the US of A Nyc to Los Angeles. Not a hick up. (if you don't count the dash blacking out in Texas)
Runs like a charm and still going. I love this truck.
Since I work in the entertainment business and there is no work to be had because of the writers strike. I'm going to work on my Dollar Disco.
