Good Judgment

Thank you for all your help. That really narrows the lot for me. I will now start doing my homework on a good mechanic in the San Diego-OC area. I don't mind driving a few miles if it means quality work that they stand behind. Most items I can tackle myself however it's worth the $ to let a shop deal with the big jobs.

Now on with my quest for the right find. Patients is key to finding the right deal. I'm planning on having about 4-5K set aside for upgrades and repairs. Does this sound like the right budget?

you shouldn't have a problems if spent wisely, I think your money may go farther on a D1 or classic parts
