My name is Tim. I don't own a Land Rover, but I do work on them. I convinced my parents to buy a 2000 Discovery II, then I had to replace head gaskets on it twice, timing cover, and oil pan gaskets, etc. I also convinced a friend to buy a 2002 Freelander SE (he really liked it, so it didn't take much convincing), and now I'm tracing a coolant leak and replacing a timing belt amongsome other stuff. The coolant system issues are kind of off-putting, but I always enjoy learning how to work on different vehicles.
