Hi everyone,
I am looking at buying a 2000 Disco and stumbled across your website. I have recently moved to the US from the UK so I am not a stranger to Land Rover and know that they make fine cars. However i have never owned one, nor have I ever bought a car within the US, so I would really appreciate some advice before buying the one I have seen.
It is a 2000 Disco, 110k on the clock, looks in good condition. The car fax thing looks ok, it says it was involved in an accident front end, but the airbag was not deployed, There is some repair work to the front bumper, but otherwise everything seems ok. i checked through all the electrics (except the cruise control) and they all work fine. One thing that is bothering me is that when I got there the engine was already warm, not sure if that is something that I should be worried about, but i was always brought up to check the car with a cold engine.
I would very interested to get people’s opinions, i know how good it is to be part of an owners forum and I know how valuable the information from forums can be.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Without doubt the most popular toy of 2009 was the zhu zhu pets. And now we have some great additions with the new zhu zhu pets babies.
