Default Hello from Arkansas

Whats up guys,

Just wanted to say hello. I'm from northern Arkansas and now a student at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, near Little Rock. I'm relatively new to Land Rover's, I got my Discovery II this past summer and am loving it. Can't wait to get a little extra money and see what I can turn it into. I've been on this site a lot over the past year reading up, but for some reason I'm just now setting up an account. I look forward to hearing from y'all!

Was wondering if you too went through the paranoia process of worrying about the car before buying one? What was your first day like behind the wheel?

I find the truck to be really pleasant to drive and although I know there's been some issues with certain years, that the overall experience is very solid. I did a ton of preventative and the 100K mile service to get the thing feeling perfect, and when everything is right, it's a dream to drive.

Yeah, I was a little paranoid at first when I read some reviews on some different sites. And I really didn't know anything at all about Land Rover's, but always liked the way they looked. But after some research and reading up, mainly on here going through threads and threads, I felt good about it. Love driving mine, rides great. I'm looking forward for some more chances to get it off of the highway. And John, appreciate the link!
