Hello fellow Landy fans!
Hi everyone,
Just a quick intro. My name's Brad, originally from the UK. Been living in the United States for about 8 years now, done a lot of moving around trying to find the perfect state to settle down and live in (still not found that "special place" yet!).
"The Beast" has been there for me through thick and thin. The beast is my stock 2003 Discovery S. I named her that because even with all the stock gear and no additions she is quite the performer!
As with all Disco's, she has needed my obedient care and keen eye at all times - never a month passes by when I don't have to have a quick glance under the hood just to make sure she's running okay.
I have looked after her really well. 120k on the clock and going strong. This year I intend to put some off-road tires on her and get a winch and tow bar and maybe some top lights. Me and the Mrs are looking at locating somewhere much more rural, so I intend to do a few mods and make her an off-road monster without destroying the original character of the car.
Thanks for reading and hope to talk to you all more!
