Default Hello From Northern Utah

Hello

Been prowling the forum for a few weeks now soaking up everything I can read on the Discos. Guess I got hooked way back when the Camel Trophy in the 80's and 90's was still going on.

So here I am in northern Utah and looking at getting my first Land Rover. As of the past few weeks I have been looking at years of 1999 to 2002 or even a 2003 to 2004 disco. Should happen in May, so very soon and I will be part of the family.

Default And got it.

It's all mine now. 1999 Discovery Series 1. White. One owner and comes with a complete paper trail. Head gaskets were done two years ago and oil change, trany, radiator, and difs fluids change two weeks ago I have the receipts. also has a new prop shaft that is fully serviceable. It has 121,000 miles on it and has been very well taken care of. No rust under truck or under carpet. frame is rust free also. Everything works but, the back windows. But that's an easy fix. Interior is in great shape as well.

Been wanting for this truck for two weeks and I finally landed it.

Thanks. Yeah looked high and low for one like this. It's was nice to find an owner that knew how to take care of it. Got it for 3k.

Thank you. Thinking when I get the time I'm going to take off the running boards.

Put on some wider tyres , then the running boards won't stand out as much ...

It's not just that they standout I'm thinking the first time I go off road I will crush them.

Going to put sliders on soon so they are going to come off.
