Default Hey everyone

I've always had a love for the Disco and I'm finally ready to take the plunge.
After spending a LOT of time reading and researching all the info on this great forum, I've decided on a '04 SE (just not crazy about the HSE wheels). What I'm finding is how difficult it is to locate one with ACE. I'm starting to wonder if I should still hold out for one
Currently my wife and I have a 08 4Runner Sport that we'll keep till it dies, and a 04 Lexus IS300 that will be replaced by the Disco. I have waaayyyy to much fun driving that car up and down the mountains (we live in Big Bear), so I need something that will be slow me down.
Whatever I end up with, I plan to keep it till it dies as well (being a LR, hopefully later than sooner lol). I do all my own work, and have had Fiats in the past, so I'm not affraid of getting my hands dirty.
Can't wait to have one in my garage!!

Thanks! Looks like it may take a while to find a ACE equiped one, but from the sound of it it is worth it.
in the words of Veruca Salt "I want one, and I want it NOW!!"

I'm "almost" looking forward to working on the odds and ends with these trucks. Makes you more one with the vehicle.
Ask me how I feel once I get one and am armpit deep in a head gasket replacement or tracing down an electrical glitch
