Smile Hi From Austin - First Defender 90

Hi all,

Happy to join the forum, just bought my first defender 90S 2023 in white with white steelies. Already ordered some tires and tow hooks, can't wait to share picks and tell you if the tires rub (275/65/R18) on a P300 with coil springs.

Welcome! Good to have more Texans. You should probably link up with Texas Rovers also...

Yes, I have now 5k mile on them and done some light off road trails and no rubbing. They aren’t noisy either and when deflated really help absorb well bumps. Am super happy I went 275 rather than 265.

Awesome, great to hear. Looks like one of the advantages of coil suspension may be the ability to squeeze in bigger tires without modifications.
