I am not sure where the 'just check out the comment' came from, think I meant 'just checking out the forum'

I'm new to the world of Land Rover, have never owned one. I've been sitting on the sidelines for five years 'waiting' for a 10k tow capable EV. My dad passed away last summer and it's changed my perspective some on 'waiting' vs 'get out and do things' so I started searching for vehicles that could get more than single digit gas mileage yet still tow at least 7000 pounds (US) and hold at least five people, seven in a pinch, and stumbled onto the Defender. I knew they existed, but never thought about it. So yesterday I Test drove a used 2020 model out and now I'm spending time in the configurator to spec out something to order.

Currently building out a 110 size as 4 passengers and towing a off-road capable pop up will most likely our config (10/12 yr old, my soon to be 19/21 year old will probably be on their own more now)
