Hi everyone, I just discovered this forum and registered. I’m new to Land Rover ownership having taken delivery of a 2022 Defender S in February. I live on Martha’s Vineyard where the maximum speed limit is 45 MPH but we have lots of nice beaches so I opted for the P300 with every off-road, towing option and tech option I could get (except heads up display). So far the vehicle has been perfect, minus an occasional software hiccup, it’s built solid with hardly a rattle, even on the washboard dirt roads we occasionally have here. It’s also actually a bigger vehicle than I was expecting, I did option the 3rd row seats. My last SUV was an X3 a while back, I had recently been daily driving a Lotus Evora 400 but when we retired to an island that no longer made sense, hence the switch to the Defender.
