Just Saying Hello

RE: Just Saying Hello
yeah from what I have read up on ACE it calculates the g-force into a turn etc. and has hydraulic pumps up front that will counteract the force by applying pressure to the sway bar. This is the way I understand it atleast being new to Rovers and all....so if I am wrong I would love to know exactly what it is by one of the more experienced members. ACE is effective up to .6 g's...if I remember correctly. Oh yeah it also upgrades the wheels to 18 inch Prolines.

I am wanting to get it muddy, I was looking b/c I know that Rover Owners get together to do that from time to time. Everyone I know locally that own Rovers wouldn't dare....... I must be honest here I am not looking to do anything extreme but I would like to show the vehicle some terrain it was designed for.

Bit far for you to come and play here.. but I take mine off road, down some trails in the mountians nearby and the highlands..

The thing you will find is that extreme for a Land Rover is actually not the same as for other marquees, even in standard format, with out mods, you will find you can go to places others can't.

That's awesome, you guys are really making me excited for my Rover to arrive. The dealer I bought it from is having trouble with the shipper to get it up to me....I hope to have it by the end of the week. My wife and I have been speaking of visiting Scotland b/c I wanted to touch the soil that my family came from before they crossed the pond. I think Delta Airlines would have problem when I tried to check the Discovery even if I paid the charge for packages over 50lbs......
