Series II or IIa 109 3 door. Year will be on the data tag or can be sorted from the VIN Wouldn't mind having that in my yard

 

Just about EXACTLY what my Series IIa looked like when I first saw it. Except maybe the little tree that was growing up between the bumper & grill. Mine was an 88, that's a 109 and mine looked a little worse for wear. In what turned out to be an exceptional bit of fortune, there was an entire engine block & header in the boot. That should have been my first clue to the condition of the one under the bonnet....

 

Nice find. It’s earlier than late 60’s, as the headlights are not on the wings. In my opinion this is the best, most classic looking LR there is.

Nice find. Neighbor has an 88 and 109 SW, in similar condition. He's got a bazillion other project vehicles, sometimes it crosses my mind...to offer him a bit of cash for them.
