Default New D2 Owner from Kansas City

Hey all, first time Land Rover owner, loved them for years, just bought a 2000 D2 after my last car was hit and totaled. Kind of grateful for the hit now! It’s in great shape, strong engine and clean, I’m planning to do a full tune up before I get too many miles on it.

Hey. You got that special anti gravity option on that. Cool. I am also a new owner in the KC area. Though I have owned 2 Jaguar's before this.

In all seriousness. Your photo is upside down.

Yep! KH Automotive off Johnson Drive. They are the best and have probably touched every Disco in KC at some point or another.

@Dlueck , THANK YOU !!!! I've got a vibration in the rear in going over 45 mps that goes away when I let off the accelerator. Thinking it is a rear drive shaft or a bearing in the rear diff. I've called all over trying to find a shop to help diagnosis. Gears Unlimited in Independence was the most frequent referral but they won't touch a Land Rover. Aristocrat told me they do not work on anything older than a 2006. Which is fine by me.

Thanks again,
Travis

Probably better that way, no one needs to pay that shop rate!
