Default New Discovery Owner from SC...

Bought a 03 SE Discovery green with 44K earlier today after looking at different land rovers for about a month. Have only read for about 30 minutes and already plan on doing everything in Mike's post in the next few weeks.

One quick ? that I hope someone sees in here...what does the button do below the front foglights button to the left of the steering wheel? The picture on it is basically the reverse of the front foglights button. Can't figure it out.

I'm thinking that's your rear fog light button, it's wired so if you have a rack you can put fog lights on the rear facing back. At least that's what i've been told.

That button is for your rear fog lights, they're red and in your bumper. Turn on your parking lights and look at the back of your truck, then push the button and go look again. Not real useful, but I suppose if you're driving in thick fog it may help a car approaching from behind to see you. Besides, I have another plan for that button...
