Cool New to forum... hey

New to forum. Just discovered it, not many Rovers in my area *SW Missouri.
Have oldy, but goody Disco ll. No complaints. Wanted something for off-road and driving that has fewer electronics (ie; EMP/HEMP concerns) and is still comfortable and presentable.

I live very remote, grid tie, bunker. Not end timer crazy, but aware. Like self sufficient lifestyle after world travels and too many crowds....

Welcome.

If EMP is your concern, you'd have been better off with a '95 D1 5-speed converted to a 300Tdi. That would have the fewest electronics and would not require any electrical to run. The windows could be converted to hand crank and it would run on vegetable oil.
