Hey y'all. 2005 LR3 SE V8. Just picked it up last week for a price I couldn't pass up. It has 250k on it but runs pretty well.. everything works. It sorely needs a tune and fluid/filter change. Any advice is welcome as I'll be adding the appropriate racks/bumpers/gear. My family and I love camping and off roading and hoping this thing will get us there!

These are beasts and should be able to get you anywhere you want to go. . . as long as you have enough money in your wallet to fill up the gas tank.

The tune is done.. easier done than most American or Asian cars. Also added a drop-in K&N filter. Oil and trans fluid changes within a week or so. I am planning a coil conversion the beginning of the year.. with 11 years and 250k miles, I'm sure the bags are worn out. With the OME 2" springs, it should get me where I need to go.

If it were me I would repair/rebuild the Air Suspension. It is extremely competent off road and on. The one coil sprung one I got a chance to ride in was disappointing when heavily loaded.
