Hi everyone,

I've always wanted to buy a LR and almost purchased a Discovery twice but always ran away from fear of reliability. I finally found a good balance of daily driving and semi good gas mileage in the LR2 and I couldn't be happier
Hope to gain knowledge and contribute to the forum! Some pics below.

I’ve always wanted a Freelander gen 1 because it debuted HDC. And they are a great size. And I want to take one to Winter Romp.
Anyway, congrats!

For the first time I saw a stock LR2(RHD) in action at our local 4x4 park. I was impressed that it seemed to handle itself quite well for it's size on the off road track with no special lift kit.
