Hi folks, my wife just inherited a '97 LR Defender 90 and she loves the vehicle. Partially due to it being a LR, but mostly due to the fact it was her brothers. I'm a bit of a car person having had a '59 BugEye Sprite, '61 Jag MII sedan, '67 Triumph GT6, '67 Miura and presently we have a 2001 BMW Z3 Coupe, 2015 GMC 2500, 2016 BMW X5 and a 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I have never had LR and since she will never give it up and the nearest shop we have found, which their skills are questionable, is over an hour away, I need to learn how to maintain it.
